Here is a sashimi set I ordered at Takasagotei Restaurant in Hamamatsu City

Top middle: Aji no Tataki/chopped saurel-pike mackerel
Clockwise: Maguro/Tuna, Katsuo/bonito & Kobashira/chopped sea clam
